Mr. HENG Chantrea

Managing Director


Mr. HENG Chantrea is currently the Managing Director of Young Potential Leader Center and Assistant Deputy - Director of the Office of Education of Techo Sen Institute of Public Works and Transport. Also he is co-project chair of Entrepreneur Dialogue season2 and lead event management of the program THE Next Season4 of JCI - Sovannaphumi in 2022. 


Working Experience
2022 - Present  : Managing Director of Young Potential Leader Community (YPLC) 
2020 - Present  : Former member of UYFC of Under the Secretariat of the Center Committee 
2022 - Present  : Co-Project Chair of the Entrepreneurs Dialogue Season2 and Event Management of THE NEXT Program Season4 of JCI Sovannaphumi
2021- 2022        : Former Head of the Secretariat of Young Potential Leader Community  

Academic Training
2022 - Present  : Currently study English of Business Communications at Pannasastra University of Cambodia 
2017 - 2021        : Graduated of Bachelor's Degree of Law at Royal University of Law and Economics
