Mr. SONA Panhaputhireach Visionary founder, President Mr. SONA Panhaputhireach is currently President of  Young Potential Leader Center (YPLC) , Senior Advisor of Strategic and Planning, and Procurement Specialist. Working Experience 2020 - Present  :   President of Young Potential Leader Center (YPLC) 2019 - 2020       :  Vice-President of Youth for social Developments (YVSD). 2017 - 2019        :  Director of Education and Training Committee, Student Association of  Royal  University of Laws and Economics (RSA). 2016 - 2017        :  Project Chair of Youth Empowerment, YSD. Academic Training 2022  :  Master of Entrepreneur and Project Management 2020  :  Bachelor of Accounting 2018  :  Political Leadership Development Training Program (PLDP), organized by Union Youth Federation of Cambodia (UYFC).
